Who doesn’t love a great crumble? Well, this recipe is one to bookmark, because it’s the very best crumble topping you’ll make. With just four ingredients, it works beautifully in all your favourite crumble recipes - Apple Crumble, Apple and Blackberry Crumble, Rhubarb Crumble, Gooseberry Crumble, and a few more you might not of though of trying.
Even better it keeps beautifully, so make a double batch and store in the fridge or freezer for those emergency must-make-crumble moments!

Prepping the fruit for your crumble
Gooseberries - wash and top and tail
Strawberries - wash, hull and quarter
Rhubarb - wash, and cut into 1cm slices
Peaches/Plums - wash and chop into two cm pieces
Pear - wash, peel and chop into 1 cm pieces
Apple - wash, peel and chop
Mango - remove peel and dice into 2 cm pieces
Pineapple - remove skin and inner core and dice into 2 cm pieces
Blackberries - wash

Gooseberry & Elderflower (use a little Elderflower cordial instead of water)
Pear & Ginger (add a little chopped stem ginger)
